Postponed Christmas Parade

Our 41st Annual Cookeville Christmas Parade was rained out tonight (Monday) and will be on for Tuesday (tomorrow) evening at the same time...7 pm.

I know it was a tough call for the folks at the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, but I do believe it was the correct call. It would have been very damp and chilly with the strong NNW winds and some precipitation blowing in during the parade. Tomorrow night will be cold but the weather will be clear. It's going to be a fun time.

We are still watching a developing weather system for later in the week and some possible interesting weather for the weekend. Stay tuned to see what happens.

Here is our local weather forecast link!

How about that? Of course, it is a little too far out in the future to be counted upon at this point.

One can DREAM, can't they? :)
