A post about 'busy days in the weather office' from AlabamaWX.com, they are another great source for the latest weather.

This potential severe weather situation is shaping up to be quite a big event for Tuesday. I urge everyone to keep in touch via local radio or tv or with your Weather Radio.

Hey Mike, just wanting to ask you a question on the severe potential tomorrow. With the possiblity of strong storms tomorrow, do you see the schools closing early tomorrow are might even close in the morning just in case? Thanks in advance!

Hey Charles...I see no reason to close the schools and put kids at risk out in the weather. Many schools (especially in rural areas) are built better than the homes.
