Warm Days Continue

The grass is really 'greening up' around here with the warm days! Won't be long and I'll have to begin mowing again. Some of my neighbors have already started.

Our latest, local forecast....with the anticipated rain coming, we should see the flowers and grass really start to take off!

March is CoCoRaHS month and I encourage you (if your state particpates) to signup!

Mike, I have a question! What do you people that work at CoCoRaHS do when we have these periods of slower weather? I didn't know if ya'll just got bored at work or if ya'll have other stuff to do! Thanks! Being out for Spring Break has got me tired!

Charles: CoCoRaHS is a volunteer organization and I donate my time with them. Some of the responsibilities would be recruiting, training, and site evaluation (if the new volunteer needs my help). My paying job is in the billboard business with Lamar. In fact, we have several signs in Macon County (one very near where the tornado struck). Sometimes, the weather does get boring...especially when it isn't changing...fortunately for us in Tennessee, it changes quite often!
