Frosty Again Tonight

Looks like we'll see some widespread frost again overnight.

Reading more information concerning the April 11th tornadoes here in Tennessee, the NWS has done an excellent job in getting the information out. Here is another preliminary storm report.


Middle Tennessee Weather Facts of the Day

On April 15, 1910...Waynesboro measures 6.94" of rainfall, setting a station record.

On April 15, 2001...High winds topple the steel radio tower for WGNS-AM. The tower was built in 1946, and stood 328 feet tall. It was Murfreesboro's tallest structure. Damage to the tower is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.
