Record Cold All Over

Record COLD has blanketed the United States from the Great Lakes all the way down to the Gulf Coast.  Is this late January or late November?

Reports will begin streaming in later today on which cities tied or broke records.

Here in Cookeville, TN our low this morning was 12.7°...the record is 9° from 1964.
