TO 35 MPH THROUGH 10 AM. AS OF 828 AM...THE LEADING EDGE OF THIS
LINE..EXTENDED FROM WESTMORELAND...TO WATERTOWN...TO ELKTON. AS OF
10 AM...THIS LINE SHOULD BE NEAR BYRDSTOWN...TO MONTEREY...TO
SPENCER LINE.
HOURLY RAINFALL RATES WITH SHOWERS WILL RANGE FROM AROUND ONE
TENTH TO AROUND ONE HALF OF AN INCH. HOURLY RAINFALL RATES WITH
THUNDERSTORMS WILL RANGE FROM AROUND ONE HALF OF AN INCH TO AROUND
ONE INCH.
AREAS FROM CLIFTON NORTHEAST TO INTERSTATE 65 HAVE RECEIVED IN SOME
LOCATIONS AROUND TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL. MOTORISTS ARE URGED NOT
TO DRIVE WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADS.
