Davis Vantage Vue Arrives -Slideshow-

The above slideshow is the opening of my new Davis Vantage Vue. It was a Christmas present and a huge upgrade from my current station. It worked a few minutes after I removed it. A very impressive weather station. It is rugged, well-built, easy to assemble, and the instructions were written by someone who speaks English as their first language.

I hope to be streaming it live to my web site and other places (like Wunderground, CWOP, Awekas, WeatherForYou, and WeatherBug) very, very soon. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me.

By the way, it was purchased for me by my mother at Scientifc Sales. Those folks were great to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Looks like a nice setup! I'm sure it will be very reliable. Wondering, what brand was your other set, and how long did you have it?

Paul-
The other was a LaCrosse 2317-el and had it 3+ years. Ran quite nicely other than rain gauge quit last April or May. Swing over and see this new one sometime!
