SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP MAINLY
OVER EASTERN PORTIONS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE...EAST OF INTERSTATE
24. THIS ACTIVITY HAS DEVELOPED FROM WILSON COUNTY NORTHEAST TO CLAY
...PICKETT AND FENTRESS COUNTIES AND SOUTH TO A GRUNDY TO CUMBERLAND
COUNTY LINE. A FEW OF THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS
...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...SMALL HAIL AND BRIEF GUSTY WINDS. SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO SPREAD OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF MIDDLE
TENNESSEE DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. MOVEMENT IS NORTHWEST TO
NORTH AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR.
