La Nina Research Suggests Warm Winter

La Nina or a 'periodic cooling of the sea surface temperature (SST) located in the eastern Pacific' is known to affect weather patterns. A La Nina winter can sometimes forecast warmer than normal weather. Check out the article and let me know what you think! (Thanks to Mark Rose and Darrell Massie)..full research paper here.
