Thanksgiving Wind Advisory

Expect gusty southwest winds during your Thanksgiving holiday across the Highlands of TN. We'll see sustained winds in the 20 to 25 mph range with gusts of 35 to 40 mph ahead of an arctic cold front. Use caution when driving, especially in higher profile vehicles.

Thanksgiving Day Weather: Showers and thunderstorms develop after noon with highs around 70. Just a 20% chance today. Tonight, a 100% chance of showers and storms and a low of 35° by morning.

Friday: A chance of rain, snow, and sleet before noon. Little or no snow accumulation expected with an eventual high of 41° by afternoon. Friday night is expected to be clear and cold with a low of 27° by daybreak on Saturday. We expect sunshine over the weekend with highs ranging from 51° on Saturday to 57° on Sunday!
