This Time Last Year

Does anyone remember late June last year?
If not, let me remind you.

June was a fairly hot month up to June 27 with 10 days that hit 90° plus including 8 straight days from the 18th through the 25th. We dipped down to 84° on the 26th but rebounded to 93° on the 27th.

From June 28th on the high temps were as follows:
102° on June 28
106° on June 29
105° on June 30
104° on July 1

We would snap the 100° plus streak on July 2, 3, and 4th with highs 'only' reaching 97°, 98°, and 98° respectively but then hit 100° for three straight days and 101° on July 8.

Strangely enough, July 10 was just 79° while July 12 was just 74° for high temps.

During that hot streak, we managed to be at 97° or above for 9 straight days.

I do not believe we'll see those kind of temps over the next 10 day period, but rest assured we have some hot weather still to come this summer.
