Big Cold Front Coming!

Tonight I linked our 7-day forecast to the title of the post. So, if you want to view it, click on the above title "Big Cold Front Coming" and you should be able to see our 7-day. What I want you to notice is the chances for rain on Tuesday night and Wednesday. Thursday will be much cooler and then on Thursday night, we'll see temperatures in the middle 40's. I expect by the time we get there, we could see lows pushing on down toward 40 degrees by Friday at sunrise.

Also, received the crop report today and there are some interesting nuggets contained in this week's report. Most of our state's crops are AHEAD OF NORMAL in the planting cycle. Even though the cold spell in April slowed our farmers down, most all have caught back up.

We need rain...since January 1st, we've received 15.30" and we are 6.69" BELOW normal. The high temperature this past week was 87 and our low was 46.....it was warmer than usual.

I'm about to pull the trigger on registering for the CoCoRaHS. Once I've ordered the proper rain guage, then I'll be all set......go to their website for details. I'll list it below in tonight's links.
