I ran my numbers for the last 6 months and we've measured 16.37" of rain here at my home. 27.08" is the average (for the last 30 years), so we are 60% of normal here in Cookeville.
We've measured 3.85" for the month of November through this morning (3.79" is the norm for the first 25 days of November), so the dry pattern has eased some. With this storm system coming through over the next 24 hours, expectations are for 1-2 more inches of rainfall. November will be the first month we've been AHEAD of normal in quite some time.
