Most folks here in Middle TN agree that we didn't lose too many plants due to the latest round of frost on Monday and Tuesday nights. While Tuesday evening was expected to be colder with a killing freeze, it just didn't materialize for most of us.
The latest crop report has been released and most farmers are in good shape this season. Some in West Tennessee have reported being slightly behind due to the extra rainfall in that part of the state, but overall things are very good.
