How about this start to October? It is 46° as I write this post. We expect 66° here in Middle Tennessee today and down in the lower 40's this evening and possibly in the 30's overnight Thursday into Friday morning! Look at the front on the map above sliding through the middle section of the US, that brings a reinforcement of the chilly air to the mid south.
