Fogged In (Near Zero Visibility)

Got off the phone a few moments ago with my father.  He is picking up his grandson (my nephew) in Monterey, TN from a four-wheeler expedition.  He reports very foggy conditions with visibility around 60 feet.  In his words, "about 3 car lengths"....

Here is Cookeville, our visibility is a quarter mile near my home and rain is beginning to fall.  I put a shot up from a few minutes ago courtesy of the Cookeville Webcam.  It is commonly called the 'Spotter Cam' and is brought to us by the Cookeville/Putnam County Emergency Operations Center.
