Beautiful Monday

We start the first of our work week in the 40's this morning across portions of Middle Tennessee. Overnight rains dropped up to .60" here in the mid-state. I recorded .18" in my CoCoRaHS rain gauge. Most of that fell in about 5 minutes.

With the cold front past Middle TN, we'll have a mostly sunny day with highs here in Cookeville around 70° and even warmer conditions near Nashville. The cold front returns as a warm front tomorrow and highs will reach the upper 70's for most of us. Along with the very warm weather comes an increase in thunderstorm activity.

*Latest, Local Forecast*

By mid-week, another cold front flushes out all of the warm air from Middle Tennessee.  Highs will drop back to around 50° for Thursday and Friday.

Enjoy your beautiful Monday!
