Very Heavy Rain So Far

Very heavy rains have fallen across the Cookeville area.
Here is what we know.
Since 7 a.m. (through 1:30 pm) CDT, 5.06" of rain has been fallen within city limits.

  • Schools are closing at 2 pm.
  • Numerous road closings due to flooding.
  • Rainfall expected to continue the next several days.
  • Flood Advisory thru, at least, 4 pm.
  • Last two days have seen 7"+ here at my residence.
