FLOODING RAINS LIKELY THIS WEEKEND: A cool start to your Thursday, but we'll see temperatures rise quickly under sun-filled skies. Expect highs well into the 70's this afternoon. Partly cloudy tonight with a low of 56°. Sunny once again for Friday with highs in the 80's. Then it gets very complicated. We've looking a potential flooding event over the weekend as heavy rains move in Saturday. We'll probably see a break on Saturday night, but another round of heavy rains return on Sunday. Overall, we could see up to 3" of rain this weekend.
