Weekend Snowstorm...

Special Weather Statement
Statement as of 12:15 PM CST on December 10, 2010

....Winter weather likely late Saturday night into Sunday night...

Following rain on Saturday...a strong cold front will move through
Saturday evening dropping temperatures sharply. Cold temperatures
combining with moisture remaining behind the front will produce
snow showers across the area. The best chance for heavier snow
will be overnight Saturday into Sunday. Most locations can
expect one to two inches of accumulation but the northern plateau
may see three inches or more. Snow flurries may continue Sunday night
but little additional accumulation is expected. Additionally...strong
winds and cold temperatures will produce wind chills from -5 degrees
to 5 above Sunday into Monday.
