Sunny Saturday and Sunday

Veteran's Day is Sunday and I'd like to thank all of our veterans who answered the call to sacrifice for our country. Your service is very much appreciated.

Today, Saturday is the 237th birthday anniversary of the founding of the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fidelis is Latin for 'Always Faithful' or 'Always Loyal'.

Sunshine is the key word for your Saturday with temperatures warming into the 70's this afternoon. A south wind from 5 to 10 mph is expected.

Tennessee Tech hosts UT-Martin today in football at Tucker Stadium. Perfect will describe the weather conditions!

Clear skies overnight with a low of around 44° by sunrise on Sunday morning. Sunday's weather is expected to be sunny with a high of 70°.

Thunderstorms roll in on Sunday night (50% chance) with a low of 55° and looking forward to next week, expect thunderstorms on Monday with a high of just 60° and much cooler temperatures for Tuesday and Wednesday but with sunny skies.
