I would say because each site has a different opinion on model bias and how actual weather will differ from what the models say. Here is a very good article at the MTWC on model biases. This one is quite lengthy.

I believe accu-weather bases their forecasts on models and little human interaction. News 2 has more human interaction which makes their forecasts more accurate. If I were to become a met I would like to make my own forecasts like news 2 does. My opinion of a good forecast would be a balance of model data and ones own intellectual thoughts on how systems and patterns play out.
