Looking at our forecast, the mid 90's will rule our forecast for the next 7 days. Nashville topped 100 for the 2nd day in a row on Wednesday and they expect the same for today and tomorrow.
The record for the most 100 degree days is 6 and that occurred back in 1952 between June 23rd and June 30th.
My wife and I have worked hard to keep most of our flowers alive. Definitely makes a difference when you water them! :)

You can always visit Nooga. We were an icebox compared to Nashville at 99 yesterday. Of course if you come today, bring the shorts as we have our best chance at 100. Thankfully the dewpoints have been falling in the afternoon offering a bit of relief from what could be higer H.I.'s
We no longer cut the grass here at my place. We just make lines in the grass with the mower to give it the just mowed look.
Hey Mike, here's a random question. What is Cookeville's average snowfall? I'm convinced that it is not 8 inches as Nashville's is about 10 or a little less and yall usually get a tad bit more snow than we do.

clay...it's generally accepted that we receive, on average, about 11 inches of snow annually here in Cookeville....up in Monterey, which is Putnam County also, they receive even more...due to being at a higher elevation. Hope this helps you.
