Fay Getting Closer to Tennessee

Tropical Depression Fay continues to make her trek toward us.  Our *Latest, Local Forecast* has rain chances in it over the next six (6) days.  That is fantastic since it has been sixteen (16) days since we've seen any rain.

The latest Hazardous Weather Outlook shows the upcoming potential for rain AND the possible activation of Storm Spotters.

Speaking of rain, just checked out the CoCoRaHS list of rainfall and several stations in Leon County, Florida have measured from 7.61" to 11.94" of rain in the last 24 hours...incredible numbers once again out of Fay...this storm will go down in the record books for sure!

Headed to church this morning as I have camera duties.   Feel free to join us at Trinity Assembly...if you're in the Cookeville, TN area, we're located in Downtown Algood...can't miss it!  If you're not in our area, check our services out on the web by clicking here.  Services are at 8:30 am and 10:30 am.  I guarantee you'll learn something!

Mike - Love the new look! Clean and smooth and nicely organized. Hopefully we all get some rain from Fay, though I must say that over the last 2 weeks, we've been better off over here in Memphis-land than you guys. A turn of events from most of the summer. The lawns are loving the recent rains. Take care!
