Turns out that State Representative Mike Kernell (Democrat-Memphis) admits his son has been contacted by David has been contacted by the FBI for hacking into Republican VP nominee's Sarah Palin's e-mail account.
A webmaster in Georgia who operates a service that helps 'hide' someone's identity has been contacted by the FBI and Secret Service.
David Kernell is a student at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and the boy is in BIG trouble. His father is a member of the same party that, when a candidate wins they don't like, changes the will of people in elections by voiding the outcome.
This young man, if he has committed this crime, has violated Federal Law and should be prosecuted. I bet you he is an avid Barack Obama supporter. Obama has been strangely quiet on this. Figures.
