Wyoming Winter Storm (and Football)

A big winter storm will strike Wyoming over the next few days.  Just took a look at the latest forecast for Cody, Wyoming!   100% chance for snow through Saturday night with lows in the low 20's and highs in the low 30's.  The photo above is not one of the current system though.

Just for fun, I looked at their averages for this date and found the average high to be 63 and the average low to be 38.

While we will, eventually, see some of this type weather this winter in Tennessee, this weekend promises highs near 80 and lows in the 60's here in Cookeville, TN!

*Our Latest, Local Forecast*

Our Tennessee Titans have a bye this week in the NFL and will enjoy watching other teams play.  Next up is the Chiefs on October 19th in Kansas City.

Our Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles travel to Murray, Ky to play the Murray State Racers.  Weather in Murray is expected to be sunny at kickoff (3 pm) with a temperature around 85°.  GO TECH!

The Tennessee Volunteers play Georgia this week.  The Bulldogs have had a couple weeks to think about their sloppy play against Alabama and will be good and ticked off on Saturday.  Hot weather for that game, too! :)

Vanderbilt's Commodore football team plays Mississippi State.  Vandy is playing as the favorite, which has been unfamiliar for them in SEC play.  Can they continue their winning ways?  Let's hope so.

Finally, our Cookeville High School Cavaliers get a much deserved break tonight as they have their bye week.  Next up for them will be Franklin County who comes here to Cookeville for the 6-1 Cavaliers.

Hey Mike, I'm strongly considering attending next Thursday's Tech game against UT Martin. Do you know how much a single-game ticket costs?

Thanks.

Hey Daniel...not sure my friend, but I am thinking around 8 bucks or so. The reason I don't know is that I work the scoreboard for the games and have an all-access pass.
