Great Saturday Football Weather

After day long showers on Friday, today promises to be quite nice across Middle Tennessee.  The cold front that brought us rain has moved well to our south and east.  Behind it is bright, sunny skies and much cooler temperatures.  We'll see highs in the middle 50's here on the Highland Rim of Tennessee.  Tonight will be partly cloudy and cold with lows in the 30's and then a cool Sunday on tap with highs only in the middle 40's.

Here's the national map....

Hurricane Paloma
A late season hurricane is closing in on Cuba after skirting the Grand Cayman Islands.  Paloma is packing winds of 140+ mph and is a very dangerous hurricane.  It will threaten Cuba by Sunday and then makes it way to the Bahamas.  Paloma is moving northeast at 8 mph.
