WARNINGS ALL OVER
The Southeastern Region Watches & Warnings map is covered up! Moved the SwiftWX live weather warning 'gadget' to the top of right side of the blog.

Latest Features Map
You can see the approaching cold front as well as it's strength.  Look for the possibility of severe weather from Missouri to the Texas/Louisiana Gulf Coast.  Freezing Rain and Flash Flooding are possible in Illinois.  The flooding concerns are due to the melting of snow as well as the frozen river system.  Heavy snow is possible in northern Minnesota along with eastern sections of Washington & Oregon and on into Idaho.

DECEMBER RAINS
Measured another .08 in the CoCoRaHS rain gauge this morning.  This gives us 8.06" for the month of December and is the 17th day (out of 27) we've had measurable precipitation to report.

MORE UPDATES LATER
I will continue to monitor our developing weather situation here in Middle TN and will check back in as conditions warrant.
