Cold, Cold Rain

Rain is falling once again in Cookeville.  We've collected .12" this afternoon.  Temperatures have been creeping upward since around 3:15 from 36.4° to now 38.5°...we expect them to remain steady throughout the evening.  There is no expectation of any frozen precipitation overnight.  We do, however, expect rain to gradually become heavier and showers more numerous overnight and all day on Tuesday.  Some estimates show us receiving up to 4" of rainfall in the next 24 hours.  A few sites, below, to keep you informed on our weather.
