Rain Chances Increase

RAIN OR NOT?
A complicated forecast over the next few days. Showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast each day through the next 5 days, but not everyone will see rain across Middle Tennessee. For instance, areas around the Tennessee River saw rain on Tuesday, but the rest of us did not. If you're interested in the complete (meteorological-type) thoughts on the forecast, click here.

If you have a new garden, I would encourage you to give it some water as the showers will be more of the hit or miss variety.

Cookeville's Daily Almanac

(Record: 94° in 1896)

Temperatures are still about 1.5° below normal for the month of April. We are nearly 2" ahead in precipitation for the month.
