Back To Work

BIG STORM ON MEMORIAL DAY
It is back-to-work for most of us today. The weekend was quite nice with a few passing thundershowers. On Monday, a big storm here in Cookeville contained a lot of lightning and did some minor damage in the downtown area.

DANGEROUS LIGHTNING POSSIBLE
Be aware that we expect much of the same today. If thunder roars, get indoors. Finally, the National Weather Service has issued a Public Information Statement about the dangerous lightning.
