Nice Morning, Warm Day Ahead

**COOL TUESDAY MORNING**
Temperatures this morning across the Cookeville area are in the lower 60's. Several locations saw lows in the upper 50's earlier. Expect a sunny afternoon with highs in the middle 80's. Dewpoints will be much lower than the last several days, so it will be pleasant all day long. Storm chances ramp up for Wednesday and Thursday, but temperatures will remain below normal.

**MUCH BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES**
This has been an interesting July as high temperatures have averaged 4.5° below normal. The combination of our observed high and low is running 3.3° below normal. We still have 2 weeks left in July, but at this time, we see below normal temperatures for the next 5-7 days.
