**MORNING RAIN, NICE LATER**
We awake to rain falling this morning in the Cookeville area. Most of Middle Tennessee has seen anywhere from .25" to .50" of rainfall. It won't last long, however, as the fast-moving line will clear our area later this morning. Expect sunshine later in the day with highs of around 68°. The weekend looks GREAT with a high Saturday of 71° under a sunny sky and the same for Sunday. Showers return for the first of next week.
