Cold Rain; Little Snow

RAIN DEVELOPING TONIGHT: A very slight chance for rain this afternoon with highs around 47°. Tonight, showers become more numerous with lows around 40°. Rain continues for Thursday with a high of 45°, then temperatures should fall enough overnight on Thursday to change the rain to snow as lows bottom out around 29° on New Year's Eve. For January 1st, 2010, our forecast is for a 20% chance of light snow showers and a high of just 32°. Beyond that, temperatures take a big tumble as lows will be in the teens and highs will barely reach 30°.
