Nice Today

VERY NICE THURSDAY: Sunshine with highs near 50° today after a morning start of temperatures in the lower and middle 20's. After that, big changes are coming with cold rain and chances of snow in the forecast all the way through the weekend. 1944 - The U.S. 3rd fleet (Navy) was under attack east of Leyte (in the Philippine Sea), but not by the Japanese, but rather a powerful typhoon named Cobra. Leyte is a province of the Philippines.
