WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM CST SATURDAY Urgent - Winter Weather Message National Weather Service Nashville TN 413 AM CST Fri Dec 4 2009 Moisture Will Stream Over Cold Air With Snow Developing After Midnight Tonight In The Cumberland Plateau Region Of Middle Tennessee, An Upper Disturbance Will Increase Moisture Across Middle Tennessee Today And Tonight. Precipitation Is Expected To Develop In The Cumberland Plateau Region Around Midnight And End By Noon Saturday. It Will Be Cold Enough For Snow With Prevailing High Pressure In Control. Pickett-Putnam-Overton-Fentress-White-Cumberland-Warren-Grundy- Van Buren- Including The Cities Of, Byrdstown, Cookeville, Livingston, Jamestown, Allardt, Sparta, Crossville, Fairfield Glade, McMinnville, Tracy City, Altamont, Coalmont, Spencer 413 AM CST Fri Dec 4 2009 Winter Weather Advisory In Effect From Midnight Tonight To 9 AM CST Saturday, The National Weather Service In Nashville Has Issued A Winter Weather Advisory For Snow, Which Is In Effect From Midnight Tonight To 9 AM CST Saturday. * Timing: Snow Midnight to 9 am * Snow Accumulation: Around One Inch Precautionary/Preparedness Actions, A Winter Weather Advisory Means That Periods Of Snow, Sleet, Or Freezing Rain Will Cause Travel Difficulties. Be Prepared For Slippery Roads And Limited Visibilities, And Use Caution While Driving.

Fun Stuff For Today
Some fantastic Tennessee High School football is being played here in Cookeville at the Blue Cross Bowl. Two teams won titles last night in the Private School Divisions. Knoxville Webb defeated University School of Jackson 30-0 while Memphis University School beat Montgomery Bell Academy 27-17. There was a great turnout of fans to support the four schools.
