Winter Hangs On

SPRING NOT SPRINGING: Not now anyway! Cold, raw day ahead with a few sprinkles today. High of just 39°. Colder with a chance of snow flurries tonight, low 29° and slight chances of snow on Wednesday, high 39° again. Bundle up!
