Warm, Windy Friday Then Changes

COOL WEEKEND FORECAST:
Enjoy your Friday as it'll be the last very warm day until the middle of next week. Looks for highs of around 86° with windy conditions this afternoon. Could see gusts to 30 mph. The record this date is 88° set back in 1959. Scattered thunderstorms overnight with a low of 55°. Not expecting, at this point, for storms to become severe. This rain event will not be heavy.

A cool weekend forecast with highs only in the 60's on Saturday and Sunday and lows (GET THIS!) of 40° on Sunday morning around sunrise.
