Frost Possible Overnight For Middle Tennessee

Expect a cold, windy night across the mid-south. Frost may form in some locations, especially those in sheltered, low-lying areas and the Cumberland Plateau region.

We'll go with frost developing, most likely between 3 am and 7 am with lows in the upper 30's in Cookeville and lower in the higher elevations toward Monterey.

The high today in Cookeville was just 56.5°. The last 2 days have been the coolest since we were in the 40's for highs back on March 4th.

Significantly warmer for Tuesday and even warmer for Wednesday as highs range from the low 60's on Tuesday to the mid 70's for Wednesday. Showers and thunderstorms likely later Wednesday night and into Thursday. Much more in the latest, local forecast link below.
