Much of middle TN will receive significant rainfall through Friday as several impulses of energy move northeast through our state. The most rainfall will occur in western sections of middle TN and lighter amounts toward the Plateau. Local flash flooding may occur in heavier storms, but widespread flooding is not expected due to the dry conditions.
