The 4:00 AM update on Humberto shows winds topping 85 mph and just onshore over Southeast Texas. I've seen some reports of wind gusts over 80 mph. The interesting part for us is the track of this storm will bring Humberto into Tennessee this weekend. We do need the rain...but obviously not 10-15 inches in a one or two day period.
