Cool Morning Now...Hot Day Ahead

It is nice to wake up to morning temperatures in the low 60's...63.3° was our morning low and it is currently 63.8°. Unfortunately, we will top out around 92° for our high today and 94° on Tuesday. No rain in our forecast until Wednesday (at 30%) and greater chances Thursday (at 50%).

Back here in TN, a Code Orange Air Quality alert is in effect for the Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga areas. Also, a Special Weather Statement has been issued for today and tomorrow for our area. It is, of course, warning us about the high temperatures and heat index. Bottom line, don't overdo it outdoors and seek help immediately if you feel faint.
