The lack of rainfall is really beginning to affect our area. Great post from Lisa Patton over at Nashville WX entitled "It's Back"....she is talking about the Drought Monitor.
The computer models are certainly VERY interesting concerning Fay. I would encourage you to check out the new video from James Spann down at ABC 33/40 in Birmingham. Their website is AlabamaWX.com

Swinging back here to Cookeville, TN...we are now in our 14th day in a row without measurable rainfall. We are starting to look like the summer of 2007.

Will try and get back with you all later with total rainfall numbers out of Florida. Did find some CoCoRaHS stations that reported around 20 inches of rain in the last two days....see post below this one.
