Cold Continues with Upcoming Snow

SOUTHERN SNOW AHEAD: A low-pressure system will move across the Gulf and bring snow to places that don't normally see the white stuff. Mobile, Gulf Shores, Hattiesburg, Jackson, Montgomery, and Macon are just a few place in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi that will see snow. Some of these locations are even under a Winter Storm Watches and Warnings. Locations in south Mississippi could see accumulations of up to 8" from tonight through Friday.

BACK HOME IN TENNESSEE:  We'll actually see the middle and upper 30's today and Friday here in the Cookeville area. We do see a slight chance of snow in our Friday forecast, but a more impressive event is on it's way for Sunday and Monday where we could see accumulating snows once again. The warmest day forecasted over the next 7 days is a 39° reading for Saturday.
