Cold With Snow Chances

WELCOME MARCH: Warm air is just out there on the horizon, but before we get there we will see a chance of the white stuff once again. Cold today, Monday, with highs right around 40° under a cloudy sky. Cloudy again tonight, low 31°. Snow chances start Tuesday with a possible mixture during the day returning to all snow on Tuesday night. Accumulations, at this point, are in the less than 1 inch range. Cold for Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the upper 30's to lower 40's. Then the warm-up begins.
