Sunday Thunderstorms, Some Possibly Strong to Severe

Thunderstorms will be likely for your Sunday across much of the middle Tennessee region. Expect highs to climb into the upper 80's this afternoon. Some of these thunderstorms could reach severe limits and the National Weather Service believes there is a slight risk. The primary threats are damaging straight-line winds and large hail. Additionally, brief, localized flooding resulting from heavy rainfall is also possible.
