I picked today's headline for a reason. Number one reason is because more is on the way. The number two reason is because it looks great as our headline! Especially when it has been almost a month without any decent rainfall.
Recorded .71" (as of 6:30 am) since the rain started yesterday afternoon. There are at least a dozen reports of 2+ inches of rainfall amounts here in Tennessee. I'm sure we'll see more reports come in over the next hour or two. You can go to the CoCoRaHS View Data site or click on Daily Rainfall Reports on the right side of this post to see your state.
